Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. ojasnature, are subject to the following conditions :-

• The product you ordered is currently unavailable, and we have received your payment.
• Your recieved the damaged product on delivery. In order to help us resolve the issue, please make a video while opening the package box and share that video with us.
• Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver your product as it got lost in transit. We hope you understand the situation and will place another order soon.

 

If the above condition is met, your money will be refunded within 14 working days from the time of processing the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

OjasNature reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also need additional information to method your order.

If your order is cancelled after dispatch, then return shipping charge and restocking fee of 35% of product cost will be applicable.

Shipping charges would be extra based on your location!

Depending on your location, it takes min 6 and max 14 working days to deliver the product, unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected delays.
